They can be used for so many different things so it's only right to use them in our health and wellness journey. I am actively working towards being the healthiest version of myself
This affirmation allows you to think of health and wellness as a journey. Nothing happens overnight and nothing rewarding is easy to come by. By making small decisions each and every day and allowing yourself room for growth and learning you'll be patient and optimistic about the strides you will make in the present or the future!
2. I am capable of making healthy choices and creating healthy habits
You got it girl... or boy (this blog is for everyone! lol) You can do it! Silence those voices of doubt and fear that come into your mind with this affirmation right here. We all have choices in life. Making the right choice and creating habits can be difficult but it's not impossible. Start by making small healthy choices like eating 1 piece of fruit per day or trying a new vegetable each week. Healthy habit formation takes time so aim to partake in healthy habits once or even twice a week to begin and increase in frequency over time. Before you know it you'll be in the healthy habit flex zone!
3. I feel great when I eat healthy foods that nourish me and give me energy
Feeling good and having more energy is something that everyone can benefit from. Healthy foods do just that! Focusing on how you feel or will feel can be a great motivator for your health and wellness journey. Think about healthy foods that you enjoy eating and how they make you feel. 4. I choose health for me, my family, my present and my future. My greatest wealth is health.
Why, why?! what is your why for your health and wellness journey? What keeps you going when you want to quit? Health is attached to so many areas in your life. When you think about wellness it isn't just limited to what we eat its also about what you consume, what you think, how you feel and so much more. Health can't be brought or rented instead we must chose it each and everyday. Your health matters! You matter!
